Awards and Acknowledgements

• Lead Designer for the Instant Cash Offer integration project. Resulting in an $8 million monthly revenue opportunity. 

• Lead Designer for the Home Page redesign. Worked with more then a dozen stakeholders on the single most revenue generating page within KBB.com. Resulting in improved load times and bring the experience to a responsive/adaptive frame work. All without effecting monetization.

 • Increased conversion to the new car section from 8% to 16%

• Lead Designer for the owners experience redesign on KBB.com. Reduced pages from 7 to 3 pages that leaded to higher ad sell thru (45% - 70%) and higher consumer satisfaction scores. Also, moving the experience to a responsive/adaptive frame work.
